Who we are
Leveola is a sole web studio operated by Ilya, registered as a preduzetnik (sole trader) in Serbia, building websites for small businesses across Europe. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email and message you provide. This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, advertising or CRM scripts. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, in aggregate, to see which pages are read. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers, and we build no profile of you.
Who processes it
The site is served by Cloudflare. Contact-form messages are delivered by Web3Forms to our mailbox, hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. These providers process the data on our behalf and only to deliver the service.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Contact-form data: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Cookieless visit statistics: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and useful; no personal profile is created.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our working relationship, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
This is a plain-language policy for the website itself. Client contracts (MSA/SOW/DPA) are handled separately in writing.
